Faulty or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we will cover return shipping costs.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty:
